Hello gorgeous,

It is Friday and the weekend is almost about to begin. How has your week been so far? We can barely believe it is already Friday. It has been a pretty hectic week we have to admit. We are still catching up on work after our last eventful days in Amsterdam, the move to Sweden and to start to get things organized over here. We want to give our appologies for you who have sent us e-mails and messages. We promise we will reply as soon as we can!

sverige2After some days back in good old Sweden we have to say it feels unsual good to be here. Both of us have always been on the run wanting to go somewhere. We are still on the run but now it is on completely new terms. We love Sweden but trying to explain it we have always had a trapped feeling while we have been living here. For us there has been something calling us out in the world. It is our nature and we have always been eager to go out there, explore, meet new people, see new places, put ourselves in new situations and gain new experiences. This is simply how we are and our heart desires have always been to have that freedom to do all those things, not to be tied up anywhere. We are really amazed of the journey we have undergone this spring. We have been seeking all the answers within ourselves, we have tried to quiet our minds as much as we can, we have chosen love, been grateful, stayed present and have had universe to guide us. Now we are creating our lives we have always dreamt of. To be able to come and go as we wish to. To get the contrasts that we need in our lives and that make us feel alive. Sweden is always going to be a place we call home but we see ourselves as the citizens of the world. This time being back it occured to us that nothing has been this beautiful before. Yesterday when we walked on the street outside the house we were asking ourselves if it is just us but have the surroundings always been this gorgeous? This for us was just a proof that our minds have switched completely. To stay present and to be conscious of everything that is surrounding you there is simply nothing but beauty to be seen. It is truly amazing and you have no idea how much we appreciate to be where we are, right now at this very second. 🙂

973184_10151654426051054_119295168_nAnother great benefit to be home at our parents is their food processor. It somehow makes the smoothies so creamy and delicious. On a sunny morning like today there is nothing better than to enjoy this refreshing creation. We call it Creamy Berry Bliss simply because it brings a big smile on your face. 🙂

– 3 bananas
– 1 cup frozen raspberries
– 1 cup frozen blueberries
– 3 dates
– Maca powder
– Crushed flaxseeds as topping

Place all the ingredients in you blender or food processor, mix well. Pour it in a glass or bowl and top with crushed flaxseeds. Ready to be enjoyed!

Inspirational Stories and a Refreshing Cilantro Lime Dip

First of all we want to thank you for all the positive comments and support we have received for our Sundried Mango Project in Ghana. It really means a lot and we are thrilled to have you joining us as well because together we can make a positive difference in the World. We cannot wait to do whatever we are capable of to help our friends out of poverty. Together we can be good, do good  and create a beautiful planet Earth! We will keep you posted with updates on how everything is proceeding. Later when we are in Ghana you are going to get live updates and get to know the whole team we are behind this.

This week is the good news week so we figured why not to share some more funsies with you. 🙂 As we grow quite rapidly and are starting to reach more and more loving people across continents we are in the process to develop our website. We love all your feedback we get through comments, messages, e-mails etc. It is so much fun and pure pleasure to connect with you! To make our website even more interesting for you to follow we are planning to have some new fun and inspiring features that we believe you will like. What we are fascinated about is to hear other people´s stories and outlook on life. What we would like to do is to share your inspirational stories with us, that we later on will post on our website. It may for instance include a Law of Attraction-story from how you attracted a cup of coffee to a million dollar. It does not matter how big or small because everything is of great interest and inspiration to others to hear about. We love all these types of stories so donnot be shy. We also want to point out that it is completely anonymous, if you donnot want us to link you of course. So please beautiful friend send us your story to our e-mail We love to hear from you and look forward to take part of your inspirational life stories!

We will start to post some law of attraction-stories and other inspirational ones from our own lives with you as well. In that way you can hopefully get inspired and think what you have attracted to your life and want to share it with us. But remember there are no rights or wrongs – so please feel free to share whatever comes to your mind!

cilantro lime dip 2cilantro lime dip 1We also have some more recipes to share from Julie´s birthday weekend. This one is a Refreshing Cilantro Lime Dip which is perfect to serve with cucumbers, carrots, selery or whatever you fancy to dip with. It is a really yummie alternative for a healthy dip plus it is super easy to prepare.

– 1,5 cups sunflower seeds
– 1,5 cups pumpkin seeds
– 1/2 – 1 cup lime
– 3-4 bunches of cilantro
– 4 tbl fresh parsley
– 1/4 tsp Cummin
– Salt and pepper (to taste)
– Chilli (to taste)
– Water (if needed)

Place all the ingredients except the cilantro and water in the food processor and process until smooth. You can add water as much as you want depending on how smooth you want the dip. Chop the cilantro one bunch at a time and add until you get an awesome refreshing flavour and consistency.  As for the spices the measures are just guidelines so feel free to play with them, there are no right and wrong.

Another tip is also if you wish to reduce the amount of seed intake to add extra cilantro instead. This dip is perfect now when the Summer is around the corner. Make sure you enjoy it with a bright smile because it is that good! 🙂

Live the Change and some Raw Buckwheat Porridge

We got some comments lately that our lifestyles are quite extreme and first we almost got chocked and went like “whaaat extreme?! In what way?!”. Shortly after it totally hit us. Of course we are extreme if you compare to what the majority of the people on our planet think is “normal”.  The thing is we have now come to a point when it comes so natural to make the choices we do on a daily basis. We have passed the tipping point when you go from creating a habit to actually living it. It does not longer feel like we have to adapt our way of living since this now is our lifestyle. Oh boy, never felt better! 😉


We have told you before but it can be worth repeating, that so much more than we ever could be able to imagine has followed on our journey. When changing our eating habits 100 % a whole package of insights and well-being came along. We have to admit, we never went vegans in the first place due to ethical reasons. We decided to go vegans because our bodies and our inner voices were screaming for a change. After only a couple of days as vegans we felt so good and the inner voice kept nodding us to continue on this journey. Ten days later we made the transition to a Raw Vegan Lifestyle and now five months later we have not looked back. So much has happened during these months. Not only in our bodies but also on a mental, physical and spiritual level. Our bodies were (and still are) filled with toxic and we did suffer quite some from detoxification and we are in matter of fact still detoxing. When your body is filled with toxins, so is your mind, and you simply cannot see clearly. These last months have truly brought so much that we donnot even know where to start. First of all when we clean ourselves on all levels we are not only getting rid of toxins that could lead to diseases but we are also letting go of emotional “diseases” as fears, anxiety, doubts, uneasiness. Slowly but steadily all those emotions will leave since there is simply no space left for negativity in a healthy mind. Let us explain.

When eating exactly what Mother Nature is here to provide us with you will automatically develop such a beautiful relationship with everything that is around us. You are forced to step outside the world you were born into and start to question your way of thinking and living. Why am I doing like this? You will most likely open your eyes and realize what a cruel business the whole meet and diary industry is. A stretched mind cannot go back! The spiritual journey… oh dear. We donnot even know where to start. It has been and is still beyond beautiful. The connection with our planet, our bodies and our minds keep evolving all day, every day. The more clean we become the clearer we see and our lives purposes become more and more distinct. We can feel our heart desires beat louder for each day that passes. In this way we are automatically creating space for our inner voice to guide us through life. How would it be possible to hear and connect with our true inner and pure selves when we are filled with toxins and negativity?

Today we want to share our Raw Buckwheat Porridge with you. We have already made one post with it but today we will share our all time favorite version. It is super easy to make and it is delicious and healthy. If you like the porridge texture but are looking for a grain free version – this is for you! We love to start some days with with raw buckwheat porridge since you really become perfectly full. You will be satisfied and filled with energy but never to that point that you feel heavy. The best part is that when we make this yummie breakfast we donnot need to eat for hours. It is truly the perfect breakfast if you know you will be up and running the whole day and need something to fuel you well!

– 1/2-1 cup raw buckwheat (soaked overnight)
– 2 bananas
– 3 dates
– 1-2 tsb maca
– Berries (serving)

Use the measurement only as a guideline. If you want it sweeter add more dates more filling add more bananas etc.

Start the night before and put your raw buckwheat in a bowl with water. Let it soak over night.

In the morning first rinse and wash your soaked raw buckwheat before you put it together with the other ingredients in your mixer. Let it go until you get a nice and creamy porridge. Serve it with berries!

Happy loving weekend

We hope you are having a bright start of this loving weekend. We are both early birds and decided to start off this sunny Saturday with a Bikram yoga class. On our way back home we biked through the park and it was such a blissful feeling that awoke in us. The sun was shining, the trees and flowers were blooming with their pure beauty, people were out on their morning runs and dogs playing with each other. To stay up in these moments are so important, to just breath it all in. Let the feelings of life, love and appreciation spread into every cell in your body. No words can justify how powerful it is.164214_582821841742470_1707332565_n It is really these small things that are utterly important and that so many people do not pay attention to and forget to value. To start to appreciate the essence of everything that surrounds you and to really experience the sensations of feelings are going to shift your vibrations to the better.
149050_597475430263990_1671946382_n A little everyday reflection we want to share is that when we one day said that let´s appreciate and give as many thanks as we can to our usual route we always bike when we return to our house. Now this route home is filled with joyful moments and it is incredible when you start noticing it. We have made friends with many of the fruit and vegetable vendors so there are always cheerful hellos to be shared on our bikes when we pass through. To see and feel the mutual excitement shared with somebody else that you do not even know are things to value and cherish. We are not here to remain at one place and we will always remember and bring these encounters with us and look back at the time when we were biking home on our street in Oost. What you give you receive so let us all continue to give our love and appreciation to one another.

Now we are off for some hang out with a good friend of ours but before that we are going to do a meditation session. Have a wonderful day and keep on radiate your love. We feel it all the way here!

May Meditation Month

We have talked a little bit about meditation earlier with you. We have to admit that we have not been practicing it as much we wish to these last months. However, we have the last month started every single morning writing our appreciation list and we found it truly to be an amazing way to start our days. It sets the perfect love tune for the day and you can literally feel how you rise in frequency. Now we have come to a point when we need to step it up even more. Challenge ourselves on our spiritual journey. So we have decided to dedicate May as our meditation month. We will each day on some point during the day meditate and really make it a powerful habit. We know how amazing it is to close your mind and let go of all those thoughts. Stop identifing ourselves with our minds. The only thing stopping us from really become serious about meditation – is time! No more excuses, thinking of time lacking or whatever we do instead. Nothing is more important than to be in peace with yourself, and the rest will unfold with perfection.

But most important, please feel free to join us! You donnot have to meditate every single day if it is not for you. Try to incorporate it to your daily life as much you can and as long it feels good for you. We love to connect with you and hear your wise ideas and thoughts. So please feel free to share! 🙂 Let´s make May the peaceful month. The month we took time to surrender ourselves to this present moment and to ourselves. Time to listen to our inner voice. Peace project

How are you today? Ready for the weekend to come? 🙂 We hope you will have a special time wherever on this beautiful planet you are. Right here, right now! One other thing that we thought about before, is it not amazing how we connect these days? The first question we ask each other is not longer where are you from? Like that would identifiy our whole own being. Is it not wonderful that we easily can connect both online and in the “real” world – with the purpose and knowing that we are more alike than we ever would differ from one another. When we connect, here or on instagram, commenting and sending our good vibes and love to each other we donnot know anything about the past, where the other one comes from etc. This is something we found to be so liberating. We can all be as we are in this very moment. The past has no longer anything to do with us – we are here in this moment, right now. It is also an amazing big fantasic peace project as well, do you agree? That different governments and countries´ histories are NOT us as human beings. The day we stop to see each other as Japanese, Swede, Italian, African, American, Asian – we are giving our future kids the opportunity to discover their true inner natural state. A free human being! We are definitely on our way to get to this point. More of us are traveling. Living abroad. Friends from all around the world. Lovers from different countries. Our children will grow up with a mother from one country, a father from another, born in a third and the whole world as its playground! We found it to be so amazing. The only thing that prevent all of us to get to this state is the belief of seperation. As soon we let go of whatever we hold as a block between us – we will live with one single nationality and that will be humanity!

13662302572381366361227007This morning has not been different from the most mornings nowadays but we LOVE this new habit we have created. We wake up (with a big smile of course ;)) and prepare some hot water with lemon. The health benefits are amazing, check here! And it really sets the perfect healthy and clean feeling for the day. Meanwhile we drink it we write in our gratitude journal. It is so powerful! You will feel your frequency rise meanwhile writing and the whole world around you lights up more and more. We encourage you to give it a try! After 30 min we have a big vibrant green smoothie. Filled with all kind of beauty our planet is providing us with. It is really a wonderful start of the day and we highly recommend to take your time in the morning to tune in to yourself. Stay connected with the higher source of energy. If you feel connected the first thing in the morning it will be 10000 times more easy to find back during the day if you get out of track. As always, when you are in alignment with yourself – the rest will unfold with perfection when you are busy laughing, loving and enjoying! 😀

Now we are off to our beloved (and highly addicitve) bikram yoga but before we are ready to sweat like there is no tomorrow 😉 we want to share a green pre-yoga smoothie with you. It is very refreshing and will make you feel clean and amazing from within!

– Spinach
– Strawberries
– Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
– Chlorella

Simply mix all the ingredients in your blender and pour it in to your glas. Voilá!

Happy shining Saturday to you!

Hope you are ready to embrace this wonderful weekend we have ahead of us. Yesterday we had such a good productive day working at a café ending the lovely day with delicious red wine and olives. We are so grateful for our freedom to be able to work at places that inspires us at the moment. Sometimes we like go to different cafés sharing the good vibes with other entrepeneurs working at their mobile offices as well. This freedom is something we value tremendously!

Now it is 06.30 local time and we are off to our bikram yoga. The best way to start the day! 🙂 First we will have a small green juice each and we want to share an other recipe with you. That is buckwheat porridge. It is so tasty and a bit “heavier” breakfast but still super healthy and will make you feel vibrant and happy. There are those days when you know you will wake up the next day with a bigger appetite or know your body needs something extra. This breakfast is perfect for occasions like these! It works of course perfectly every day, and will make you thrive as you should.

So let´s make som buckwheat porridge! 

– Buckwheat
– Bananas
– Almond milk (goes well with water if you donnot have any almond milk)
– Chia seeds (optional)
– Dates
– Maca
-Blueberries (topping)
– Gojiberries (topping

Before going to bed mash a banana (or two) in a bowl. Add your almond milk and buckwheat. If you want it even more delicious and creamier you can also add a table spoon chia seeds. Stir around and put it in your fridge.

1365149815569In the morning take your delicious pudding and put it in your mixer. Mix it together with a date or two if you want a little sweeter taste to it. So good. Let it mix until it is a nice and creamy porridge. Pour it in to your breakfast bowl. Top it with a lot of vibrant berries filled with antioxidants that really do wonders for your body!


Voilá! This is soooo good. We had a whole bowl with blueberries we added to the porridge that is not showed in the pic. You cannot have enough berries 😉

Energy flows – where attention goes

Wherever we focus our attention – the energy flows! Wich means we are creating our reality all the time, depending on what we focus on, consciously or unconsciously! But donnot panic if you feel you have not really control over your thoughts, and you think they easily wander away. The most important part is how you feel. The magnetic field around your heart is much more stronger which means you can easily be thinking one thought but still feel another. What you will manifest is depending on your feelings. With that said, donnot stress if you are feeling low or out of alignment right now. It is ok. All is always good. The biggest and most important job we all have, and ever will have is to relax and enjoy – regardless what we are doing, or feeling. Try to reach a point of acceptance and peace in the middle of any situation, especially in a negative one. It might be tricky but with practice it will come more easy and you can more smoothly change any situation. But first we have to reach for a better feeling thought; “All is good. In this moment I cannot do anything more. The sun will rise tomorrow again. This universe is rotating with perfection. So therefor, all have to be good. It is all good.” – try to move yourself from wherever you are to a better feeling thought and emotion, gradually. It is so easy to be caught in the belief that you are your physical body and forget that you are actually mostly a stream of consciousness. If you find yourself in a situation you want to change, try to see it from another point of view and you will more easily let go of resistance – and from there allow good emotions and thoughts to enter your body. As the pic above says, energy flows where attentions goes. So keep looking for aspects to be grateful for. Things around you that you easily feel love for. Milk those feelings – and you are right on track!

If you want to have some good times and raise your vibration, we encourage you to lie down for 15 min and listen to this. You will be so ready for whatever you will be up to!
