Raw Brownie Heaven

The other day we went to a crystal shop and bought a couple of new stones to our collection. Oh dear, how strong are they not! We have honestly felt a bit strange these last days. Many emotions flowing through us and we need some time to find our way through it all. We know we should never fight any emotions. Never try to ignore them. It might be easier to distract ourselves and go on in our lives finding pleasure from external satisfaction. In the end, we all know that is not the way to go. We need to take our time to remove old blockages and set ourselves free and to be able to see clearly. It can hurt quite some but it will be worth it, eventhough it might not feel like that at the moment! 😉 You dear friend, do you have any thoughts? 973885_10151636225401054_1000603998_nAs you already know we had a birthday weekend and a couple of delicious Raw Vegan recipes to share with you. So the first recipe out today is a super yummie creation from our beautiful friend Ragnhild. We made her Heavenly Fudgy Raw Vegan Brownie and seriously it was beyond this world. DELICIOUS! Please have a look at her site for more amazing recipes and lovely blog. She has written the recipe in Norwegian so we have translated it into English.

Fudgy Raw Brownies (hellooo Choco Heaven)

INGREDIENTS
– 250 g firm raw almond butter
– 2 tbl coconut oil
– 4 tbl agave syryp (or any other sweetener works probably perfectly)
– a pinch of pink Himalaya salt
– Sprinkle vanilla
– 4 big tbl raw cacao
– 2 handful of chopped macadamia nuts or hazel nuts (we used hazel nuts)

Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix it well. Place it on a form and put it in the freezer. Keep it in the freezer until it is time to serve.

Seriously. Beyond delicious! Our pics donnot make it fair so it is definitely worth a try. We actually made a new version right now! 😉 So give it a go! Here is the link to Ragnhild´s recipe.

We also made a delicious Vanilla Spread that we covered our brownies and some other cakes with. It works perfectly as a normal dip for your fruits if you want to make it more sweet and serve as a dessert.

Vanilla Dip

INGREDIENTS
– 1 1/2 cups of cashews
– 1/4 cup of water
– 3 tbl coconut oil
– 2 tbl agave syryp
– 1 tbl of vanilla / 1 vanilla bean
– a pinch of salt

Put all the ingredients except water in your blender. Start mixing it and add as little water as needed until it gets smooth enough. Voilá you have the perfect Vanilla Dip. Spread it over your cake or dip your fruit in it!

  1. Så spennende med nye krystaller. Jeg har ikke prøvd det enda.. Denne kaka tenkte jeg faktisk å lage til i morgen. Da er det jentekveld 🙂 Gleder meg til brownies<3 Alt men tar nøttesmør i blir jo så utrolig digg! Ha en fin dag videre 😉

    • Du måste göra kakan! Så himla god. Maffig men fantastiskt. Särskilt för oss chokladälskare, eller hur? 😉 Ja äntligen börjar vi få lite balans efter våra kristallinköp. Vi ser fram emot att skriva mer om det senare, måste bara lära känna dem bättre och lära oss mer om allt! Ha en jätte fin tisdag 🙂

    • Thank you beautiful! We will have a look at your post. We rarely use it but sometimes in some treats. Do you have any other recommendations that we could use instead of agave?       • I just discovered your blog and I love it; the inspirational quotes, the recipes and the following your journey towards the sundried mango project! I have read that agave has up to 97% fructose (more than in come syrup), better alternatives are stevia or for liquid sweetener, coconut nectar (it is rich in minerals & amino acids), maple syrup us also a better alternative than agave. Keep up the good work!!

  2. OH YEY, elsker at dere lagde disse og at de falt så godt i smak hos dere 😀 Skal innrømme at de er blandt mine absolutt favorittoppskrifter- såå fudgy og med masse god smak av ekte sjokolade. Elskerelskerelsker det!! ❤

    • Såååå goda var dem! Seriöst helt fantastisksa 😀 Ser fram emot att pröva fler av dina recept! Vi gjorde faktiskt en till omgång igår för dem var så goda men vi hade inget mandelsmör hemma så vi körde med tahini i och pekannötter och det var faktiskt också gott. Nöden har ingen lag 😉 Cravar man choklad så gör man haha! Vi är fortfarande väldigt nya när det kommer till kristaller så vi är lite rooky och vet inte hur vi ska göra med allt. Men kraftfulla är bara förnamnet, fast på ett positivt sätt! Vad kul att höra att du blev GLAD av att vi lade till dig på facebook. Vi pratade om det och så kändes det som om vi redan känner varandra och så naturligt att lägga till varandra!   3. There is evidence that we ourselves are crystalline beings. Dr. Gabriel Cousens says that our bones, being silica structures, act as crystalline receivers for universal energy. If that is true, then no wonder they have an effect whether physical or emotional. Maybe the two of you are just extra sensitive to it!
    Also, those brownies look so delicious and beautiful!

    • Yes indeed! So true. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. It was so interesting how strongly we felt it, and in a way we haven´t really done before.
