Have FUN!

What a week we have had! So much fun and a couple of late nights. Of course many productive working hours in between as well. It is so important to find that perfect balance between all areas in life. Never forget to have FUN! Enjoy yourself and go with this amazing flow. Enjoy the adventure universe can take you on if you allow it to come to you. It might be a bit ironic but we have found that when we for a moment simply let go of all our thoughts about our business and projects, and decide to go out for a night and just have an amazing time, unexpected positive things happen. In some magical way we have bumped in to the right people who have ended up being the perfect contact and given us information to be able to bring us one step further on our journey. Amazing ideas have also come to us when we at least expect it. The conclusion is to allow what we desire in life to come to us. Not “fight” for it. It is a fine line between working your butt off for what your heart desires and taking inspired actions. Donnot missunderstand us, it is essential to work for what you desire. But it is a huge difference of working and doing what you think you have to do for creating your dream and allowing the inspiration of taking action towards your dream to come true. We call it inspired actions and that is when nothing can hold you back from acting. The difference is the feeling. You can either feel “I have to do this” or “I want to do this”. It is all a state of mind. We try to never ever fight anything. Only allow it to come to us by rising our own vibrations. Then suddenly nothing really can stop us from doing whatever we have to do. Simply learn to play with the emotions and everything becomes so much more easy AND fun!

We cannot say it enough but how we feel today is beyond what we ever thought would be possible. Seriously. We are feeling so freakin´good! 😀 We have talked about our past lives a bit with each other these last days and compared it to how we live and feel today. Oh boy… what a difference! Before we ate badly and if we went out we would feel so tired the next morning. Wake up with a swollen face and just crave more bad food that in some way we thought would make us feel better. In our ears today it sounds sooooo out of this world. Now we wake up and crave a massive vibrant salad or something else that will make us feel amazing! Eating good has also definitely given us so much more energy to be able to work a lot and still have a big social life. We are simply so grateful for taking the decision to change our lives. It has been worth it all time to change and get rid of old habits. If we can do it- so can you!

  1. What a beautiful post. I have been eating a little less healthy than I want to lately (although still far healthier than the old me!), and this is just a gentle reminder that I prefer to eat healthier as I know I’ll feel so much better!

    • Thank you Beautiful! We also foind it so incredible that our bodies these days react immediately if we not giving them the healthy food they are now used to eat. Sometimes it is good to get that contrasting feeling though and to really appreciate the healthy food even more. 🙂 We wish you a fantastic day and keep on shining! Many hugs from Amsterdam

  4. Jeg er sååå glad i bloggen deres 😀 Og det betyr aå mye, slik som nå denne helga. Før hadde jeg tenkt at jeg burde gjøre dit og datt, jeg burde lest mer osv.. Men nå har jeg endt opp med å ta en (nesten) fri helg, eller iallefall lese litt hjemme i helgen. I dag blir det yoga på mamma sitt treningssenter som tilfeldigvis har åpen dag akkurat den eneste dagen jeg er her. Nå gjør jeg dette med god samvitighet fordi det føles så riktig å ha det GØY!!! Så bra at dere klarer å ha det så bra, og har kommet dit dere er i dag! Jeg virkelig unner dere alt<3 Er så glad for at jeg er blitt kjent med dere gjennom bloggen her<3

Det är något vi har blivit bättre och bättre på, att när vi gör något så är det just det vi fokuserar på och har vår fulla uppmärksamhet på istället för att tänka att åh vi borde göra det och det…för då blir det ju i slutändan att man inte njuter av det vi faktiskt gör på samma sätt som när det har vår fulla fokus. Det har faktiskt resulterat i att vi är mer produktiva när vi gör saker också.
