We have talked a little bit about meditation earlier with you. We have to admit that we have not been practicing it as much we wish to these last months. However, we have the last month started every single morning writing our appreciation list and we found it truly to be an amazing way to start our days. It sets the perfect love tune for the day and you can literally feel how you rise in frequency. Now we have come to a point when we need to step it up even more. Challenge ourselves on our spiritual journey. So we have decided to dedicate May as our meditation month. We will each day on some point during the day meditate and really make it a powerful habit. We know how amazing it is to close your mind and let go of all those thoughts. Stop identifing ourselves with our minds. The only thing stopping us from really become serious about meditation – is time! No more excuses, thinking of time lacking or whatever we do instead. Nothing is more important than to be in peace with yourself, and the rest will unfold with perfection.
But most important, please feel free to join us! You donnot have to meditate every single day if it is not for you. Try to incorporate it to your daily life as much you can and as long it feels good for you. We love to connect with you and hear your wise ideas and thoughts.
