May Meditation Month

We have talked a little bit about meditation earlier with you. We have to admit that we have not been practicing it as much we wish to these last months. However, we have the last month started every single morning writing our appreciation list and we found it truly to be an amazing way to start our days. It sets the perfect love tune for the day and you can literally feel how you rise in frequency. Now we have come to a point when we need to step it up even more. Challenge ourselves on our spiritual journey. So we have decided to dedicate May as our meditation month. We will each day on some point during the day meditate and really make it a powerful habit. We know how amazing it is to close your mind and let go of all those thoughts. Stop identifing ourselves with our minds. The only thing stopping us from really become serious about meditation – is time! No more excuses, thinking of time lacking or whatever we do instead. Nothing is more important than to be in peace with yourself, and the rest will unfold with perfection.

313853_495037340557985_1301825048_nWe will let you know how it is going for us. How we think about it. How we evolve during this month. If we find any good meditation videos online, we will of course share them with you.

But most important, please feel free to join us! You donnot have to meditate every single day if it is not for you. Try to incorporate it to your daily life as much you can and as long it feels good for you. We love to connect with you and hear your wise ideas and thoughts. So please feel free to share! 🙂 Let´s make May the peaceful month. The month we took time to surrender ourselves to this present moment and to ourselves. Time to listen to our inner voice. Feel the guidance. Be one with whatever situation we are in.

  1. Im in! 😀 Synes det er en kjempefin ide å sette av en måned til å fokusere på et spesifikt mål, og daglig meditason er et kjempefint mål synes jeg. Og noe jeg ofte tenker på at jeg også vil gjøre. Og nå er jeg med! 🙂
    Som regel klarer jeg å sette av litt tid etter yogaøktene mine hjemme, men de dagene jeg trener yoga på studio, må jeg meditere en annen gang i løpet av dagen. Tror jeg ikke skal sette målet så høyt, men klarer jeg 5-10 minutter nå i starten er jeg veldig fornøyd.
    Håper dere to har hatt en fin fredag, og at resten av helgen blir så god den bare kan!

  3. Høres ut som dette blir en spennende måned, og i slutten av måneden har dere nok lært mye, og det gleder jeg meg til å høre om. Jeg merker selv at jeg har fått bedre kontroll over tankene. Forrige dagen her prøvde jeg meg på drømmekontroll, og sa hva jeg ville drømme om, og det skjedde 🙂 Det er gøy å se at det fungerer! Så fin sang, hører på den nå! Ha en superfin dag jenter, og god helg 🙂

    • Ja vi ser jättemycket framemot vår utveckling denna månad. Det är träning som krävs och vi vill verkligen på riktigt få in det i vårt vardagliga liv. Det är extra kul att dela upplevelserna med andra också så vi alla kan växa och dra nytta av varandras upplevser. Together we are strong! Många kramar till dig vännen ❤

  4. Jeg er med! Jeg har faktisk vært flink de siste fire-fem ukene. Etter hver yoga økt setter jeg av 15 til meditasjon. Det passer helt perfekt for meg. Nå begynner jeg å bli mye flinkere til å ikke tenke så mye mens jeg mediterer 😀 Jeg gleder meg til å høre mer om dette denne måneden 😀

    • Vad fantastiskt att höra att du är med oss också! Vad roligt att höra att du fått in det i ditt liv på så bra sätt efter yoga.   7. I could definitely use some more meditation and reflection in my life. I might not be able to commit to every day, but about 5 days a week I’ll try to set some time aside and work inward. 🙂

    • That is great to hear! There are no rules for the meditation. We are only doing what feels good for us. It should be no stress but it is important to take our time though. Create our meditaion space! Amazing to hear you will start as well and please feel free to share your thoughts on the way!
