Lately we have paid extra attention to our pain bodies. Do you know what it is? Are you aware of yours? Eckhart Tolle has truly opened our eyes and helped us tremendously on our own growth to become the persons we are meant to be. That means letting go of the past, letting go of all that does not serve us, recognize why someone made us feel bad, angry, sad. In the end it has never to do with anyone else. There is noone to blame. Set yourself free by seeing in to you and what is causing your pain. Slowly release it. The greatest tool is truly to stay present! If you have one must-to-do today we highly encourage you with the whole of us to listen to the first video. If you understand it, if you want to know more – listen to the second! Be aware that there is a way out of all negative emotions!
Therefore, today´s powerful words are perfectly and so profoundly said by Eckhart Tolle himself:
“Nobody’s life is entirely free of pain and sorrow. Isn’t it a question of learning to live with them rather than trying to avoid them?
The greater part of human pain is unnecessary. It is self-created as long as the unobserved mind runs your life.
The pain that you create now is always some form of nonacceptance, some form of unconscious resistance to what is. On the level of thought, the resistance is some form of judgment. On the emotional level, it is some form of negativity. The intensity of the pain depends on the degree of resistance to the present moment, and this in turn depends on how strongly you are identified with your mind.”
