Good morning sunshine,
Today is a new day filled with good things coming right to you. Allow yourself to be where you are. Nothing needs to be changed. If you have one goal for today, it should be to have as much fun and good times you possibble can. Even if you need to clean your house. Try to do it in a state of joy. Reach for a little better feeling thought from where you are right now. When you reach that point – go for an other better feeling thought. Slowly (or fast) you will reach higher frequencies and you will noticed that your house more or less cleaned itself! 😉 Pure magical when it is as its best!
This morning we want to share a Buddhist Prayer of Forgiveness with you:
If I have harmed anyone in any way either knowingly or unknowingly through my own confusions I ask their forgiveness.
If anyone has harmed me in any way either knowingly or unknowingly through their own confusions I forgive them.
And if there is a situation I am not yet ready to forgive
I forgive myself for that.
For all the ways that I harm myself, negate, doubt, belittle myself, judge or be unkind to myself through my own confusions. I forgive myself.
Donnot be so hard on yourself. Speak to yourself with love and compassion as you would with a precious child. You maybe not remember it right now.. but You are that child! Respect yourself and people will respect you. Treat everyone else good and you do it to yourself. It might be too difficult to fully grasp the concept of we are all one but we truly are. So be nice and loving.. to both your physical body and mind, and to all that is around you. Everything you see is a perfect mirror of where and how you are feeling right now. If it is not going very well. It is ok. We promise. Donnot be hard on yourself. There is love everywhere and try to find a state of relaxation wherever you are and whatever you are doing. Forgive forgive forgive as much you can – not always because someone else deserves it but for YOU! You deserve peace in mind.
We listened to this short video yesterday before going to bed and found it very powerful. We encourage you to take 10 min of your day and listen to it. It might does wonder for you!
