Happy healthy Easter to you!

It is funny.. now when we are fully aware of the universal laws and know we have to work with them instead of against them, we still get over and over again amazed how perfectly it works. For instance, this first week we had made a to-do-list of things we need to organize like get a bike, work permission, keys, transportation card etc. and we have thought about it every day that we should check off the list.. but never really felt like doing it. It felt more like MUSTS. Since we are very aware of how this universe is working and KNOW life is supposed to be fun – we decided to let the universe guide us and simply not stress about all the things we should be doing. Today suddenly we noticed that we were in a big flow and had already in the middle of laugh and joy completed the whole list! Is it not amazing? As soon we let go of all the things we should be doing and instead focus on nothing than feeling good and to be in alignment with ourselves – then all the things line up perfectly in front of us and it feels so easy and joyus to do what we “need” to do.

Never forget to have FUN and LAUGH! Enjoy whatever you are doing and you will change everything so that it matches your vibration. We ended up having so much fun (believe it or not) at the bike shop and shared laughter with the bike vendor. Is it not exactly that life is all about? We are here to have a good time. Bring your smile wherever you go – and it will not matter where you are. The sun will always be shining!

tumblr_mh7d9x4AuL1s4rxqeo1_1280We have to admit that we almost forgot it is Easter.. it happens easily when every day is different and life is far from “normal”. Now when we know it is a looong and wonderful weekend ahead for the most of us, we figured out it is a perfect occasion to share a super easy and YUMMIE raw chocolate recipe with you.

Ok. Let´s have some Happy Easter Weekend Raw Chocolate time!

INGREDIENTS
– Coconut cream
– Agave syrup
– Carob
– Raw cacao
– Raw cacao nibs (optional)

Melt your coconut cream until liquid. Take it off the stove. Add the rest of the ingredients except the raw cacao nibs. Stir with a spoon. Pour it out in a form. Preferable a quite small form that it does not get too thin. Sprinkle raw cacao nibs over your chocolate. Put it in the fridge and let it chill for at least 30 min.

We always prepare our food without any fixed amounts. But for a little form we would say 3 BIG spoons coconut cream, 2 spoons carob and cacao and a tiny spoon agave. But go with your feeling. It will taste delicious!!!

We wish you a wonderful weekend 🙂

With love,
Julie & Katrin

    God fredag dere! Klem

    • Dina chokladkakor ser alltid helt galet goda ut!!

  4. This chocolate recipe sounds delicious – I have bookmarked this to try soon as I love the idea of using coconut cream instead of cacao butter 🙂

  5. Hi! I just found your blog and you guys are so inspirational! I used to live in Holland a long time ago and the pictures make me miss it even more. I now live in the U.S. and I see you have a few recipes that use something called coconut cream, as in this recipe where you say to melt it. Here I have found 2 different items, coconut cream and coconut oil. The oil is in a solid state but can be melted. The cream is something different and very thick. I am just wondering which you are using for the recipes? I noticed you had a post about using coconut cream on your skin, which I do with the oil. The cream that is sold here would not be the same, so I was just wondering if you could clarify. Thanks and love your blog, posts, and ideas!

    • Thank you beautiful Rachel. What a lovely comment! How fun to hear you have also been staying in Holland. We will try to give you some good vibes from the Netherlands 🙂 That is a very good question. We are not sure what the difference from coconut cream and oil is. We will try to check it up and make a post about it. We use only coconut cream at the moment and we think it works perfectly for the dessert and to melt, but also as facial cream, deodorant etc. Many of our friends here on this blog have told us that they use coconut oil as we use cream. In this post we have used coconut cream but it might work perfectly with oil as well. We will get back to you as soon we know the proper differnece between them! Thank you once again for your comment and keep shining as you do. Big hug from both of us!
