Afternoon snack anyone?


Do you usually get a little downer in the afternoon and need something that keeps you going before dinner-time? If that is the case, we got a yummie solution for you. This is as easy it gets.. and of course healthy, super tasty and good for you. Maybe the best part is that it seriously doesn´t take more than 10 minutes to make – dishes included! So let´s start creating these delicious and healthy energy bombs.

– dried apricots
– pumpkin seeeds
– sunflower seeds
– walnuts
–  fresh ginger
– salt (optional)

Mix desired amount of dates until smooth in the food processor. Add some dried apricots that are cut in smaller pieces together with the rest of the ingredients. Pulse it for a little while until it is mixed together. Scoop it up with a spoon and make your balls in the size you prefer. Put in the fridge for a little while and voila ready to keep you going.
